Interpreting Your Scores
0 to 5. Your team is probably not bringing out the best in new team members. New team members may be getting into their job, but they are probably not getting into the team. There may well be cliques or pockets in the team, and whether new members get adopted easily depends on pure chance.
6 to 10. Your team has some of the basics right, but there is plenty of room for improvement. You are seeking to create a positive team working environment, but you may not be doing all you can to engage new members. It is still up to them “to work out when to run onto the field.”
11 to 15. Your team appears to understand team onboarding. New team members are set up for success, and they rapidly become one of the team. If you don’t already have SuperTeam status in terms of connectedness, you are close.
