Interpreting Your Scores
0 to 5. Your team needs to review its recruitment processes because you are not getting the best possible new team members you can. You may be missing job skills or at least the skills to make your team a SuperTeam.
6 to 10. Your team has some of the basics right, but there is plenty of room for improvement. You probably have a mix of those who fit in and those who can do the job really well but not many who can do both.
11 to 15. Your team appears to understand how to build a SuperTeam. Go back and look at the questions where you did not score 3. Keep reading because, in this chapter, we give you ideas on how to close that final gap.
