Interpreting Your Scores
0 to 5. People leaving your team or staying when that may not be in the team’s best interests may be having an avoidable or reducible negative impact on the team. Think about why people are exiting and how those departures are being handled because there is need for improvement. Should the team even continue?
6 to 10. Your team is well on the way to handling the issue of exiting. However, there is still room for improvement. You may still have people on the team that you shouldn’t have, or you may not be handling departures as well as you could. This could be adversely impacting the team, and it may even be contributing to future attrition. Make sure that you are keeping the team relevant.
11 to 15. Your team seems to have exiting under control, and you are either at SuperTeam status or well on the way. Continue to focus on refining the team. Ensure that it continues to add value and that you have the best team members possible.
