0 to 5. Your team appears to be poorly formed, and it may well struggle to meet its goals. Unless you score high on question 1, the team appears to lack clarity around its purpose. This may well be part of the reason that it is ill resourced and poorly equipped. Before looking at adding or removing resources and capability, make sure that the real reason for the team is clear. Then revisit the resources and the position of those to meets its goals.
6 to 10. Your team appears to be reasonably clear about its goals and appropriately resourced to meet them. However, there are clearly some weak spots. Make sure that the purpose of the team is 100 percent clear and understood. Then look at refining the capability, and make sure that you can make the best use of the talent you have. Finally, you may need to revisit the team size.
11 to 15. Your team appears to be set up for success—with the clear purpose, correct structure, and the composition needed to succeed. You still have some opportunity to refine the team, but it has the potential to be a SuperTeam.
