Interpreting Your Scores
0 to 5. If the team is succeeding, it may be despite the leader rather than because of him. There is little direction, and there are probably low levels of commitment. Team members are unlikely to respect the team or the team leader. Teams like this can be successful, but the success is rarely sustainable.
6 to 10. The basics appear to be in place, and you have some leadership taking place. There may be a general sense of direction and some oversight of team performance. There is probably little energy or passion for what the team does.
11 to 15. Your team appears to have effective leadership. The team leader has communicated the team goals, and the team members are probably committed to them. You may be at or close to SuperTeam status.
