Paul Marciano has appeared at the biggest conference in the Czech republic “Emotions! Motivation! Engagement!” dealing with HR and personal management topics. He gave a lecture about importance of respect not only in business but also in everyday life. Thus he introduced his model RESPECT(TM), which promotes engagement as an inconsiderable feature of effectiveness in every workplace.
Paul Marciano was also willing to give lectures in several Czech and Slovak companies. While explaining that traditional reward programs are not effective, Paul promotes philosophy of actively engaged employees. The point of every manager is to achieve sustainable increases in employee engagement using the RESPECT(TM) model.
